In order to illustrate just how much stuff you can fit in their new E-Class Wagon (which has a generous 1,950 liters of load space) Mercedes-Benz created this video where they filled the car with 400 meters, or 1,275 pieces, of 1/32 scale slot car track. And to illustrate just how much track that is, they laid it out in a computer designed course which at one point passes through the E-Class itself, and takes the scale cars about 4 minutes and 40 seconds to complete a lap.
You make the slot car tracks an official option Mercedes and you’ve already got yourself at least one guaranteed sale.
And the point of this is what? Actually it doesn't make me want to buy a Mercedes but it does make me want to buy a slot car track.
What does this whole post mean?? Slot car track in the real car or a toy car? Why are the tracks under the real car???
Send the real car to a normal family on grocery shopping day and let us see how much stuff they can load in the car.
True, and send this lady to do the shopping so you get more for your money http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yQNvdKNTZUg&feat…
I think that they are trying to show that that much track fit into the car's storage space, and the fact that laying all of this track out was so much they had to actually place some in and under the car.
Should i worry about her or for you watching youtube videos like that??? lol
[That woman's coupon skill was impressive though ]
