Not all trailers are made equal. Some set up false expectations, while others fall short in hyping up the movie they’re supposed to advertise. Then Honest Trailers came along, and people knew what to realistic expect again.
The same can be said about company logos and their slogans. Most are catchy and almost all sing praises to the company, but they’re not always spot on. So for that, there’s Honest Slogans. The Tumblr blog was created by graphic designer Clif Dickens, who renders various company logos with more accurate slogans that depict their true nature in real life.
