Unelefante is a Mexican chocolate house that makes some very pretty edible things. We’re partial to the above chocolates, which the company calls the Pollock bars, as they’re inspired by the work of Jackson Pollock. Each one is hand-made and therefore unique, and a set of 3 sells for around $32.
