So it’s a cap with a little solar panel on top of it. The panel provides power for that strategically placed fan. The fan spins and… keeps your forehead cool. And probably makes your eyes itchy. But who cares? Think of it more as a modern day propeller cap; it’s a novelty item for sure, but one we feel may get a couple conversations started. Or at the very least, empty seats on either side of you in the bus.
