So you want to purchase some pixels on the banner? Good, you’ve made the right choice. There are a few things to know before you get started.
The minimum amount for a purchase is 100 pixels. Until November 26th, 2005, this will cost $50. Each additional block of 100px is $50. Anything under this amount would make the respective icon meaningless and would make it unduly hard for a visitor to click on.
No animated GIFs. Imagine an entire banner with animations!
No links to pornographic or offensive material. Should you change your website to one of a pornographic or offensive nature after your order has been processed, you will forfeit your spot without refund.
You will have a spot on the banner for 12 months. After this time, your space will be re-allocated to another sponsor. If you wish to extend your time beyond 12 months, you can do so by pre-purchasing some additional adspace.
You are free to rotate your icons at any time. Contact me and send me the new pixels, and I will make the change.
You are free to move your ad around, as long as there are free spots.
And that’s all there is to it. Each order will be processed individually, until such time that an “automated” system is implemented. Payments can be made through Paypal.

Your icon, made up of little (10px by 10px) blocks. Remember, nothing animated, and please keep the format to gif or jpeg.
Where you would like it to go. To do this, count squares. Eg. Five from the left and two down.
What text you would like to show when people mouseover. This is important, as it’s your only “pitch” but can only be 50 characters in length.
Finally, what website you would like us to link to. Make sure it starts with “http://”
