While it lacks the crazy design stylings the TokyoFlash watches are known for this Scrolling LCD Watch will still stand out amongst a sea of boring analog models. It uses two thin LCD displays that will scroll the time and date for one or two different time zones depending on your choosing. Other features include a stopwatch, up to 5 alarms and a stainless steel case that is water resistant up to 30 feet.
Of course there’s also that ‘personalized message feature’ that allows you to scroll any inspirational thought or phrase you program in, as long as it’s no longer than 5 characters long that is. With a limitation like that the only phrases I can really think of are words like cheap and awful.
The Scrolling LCD Watch is available from the Wireless Catalog for $75.00 and for that much money they could have at least added a tiny bit more flash memory.
