Peel Wall Light Looks Like Your Wall Is Peeling Off To Reveal Wonders Beneath

By David Ponce

It's always nice to decorate your new digs with style. And we think the above Corner Light, also called Peel Wall Light (we're not sure of the actual name), fits the bill quite nicely.

The integrated form implies the lamp is part of the architecture of the room, but the purposefully exposed cable reveals that the light’s placement is temporary. The light is held up with a simple steel bracket that mounts to the wall and an aluminum frame; a fabric diffuser magnetically attaches to the frame to complete the lamp.

Yeah, it's about as creative a lamp as we've come across lately, but there's a few things wrong with it. First off, we can't find the actual manufacturer, only where it's being sold. And also, the price: $910. That's a lot of dollars for a lamp, creativity or not. Lastly, to actually view the product and possibly place an order, you have to sign up with the website, which we really freaking hate.

Still, hit the link to purchase if you've got the bank, the patience, and the interest.
