Expensive? Absolutely. But for your money you also get max read and write speeds of 260MB/s with a sustained write speed of 220MB/s, and if performance is of the utmost performance to you, it might just be worth the coin.

I glad that SSD's finally have a higher capacity, now I want them to be more affordable.
