The Soniks are a range of plush chew toys designed for dogs, and like most dog toys they have a built-in squeaker. However, the squeak produced by these toys actualy falls in the 25,000 to 35,000 Hz range, meaning their sound is completely inaudible to humans, but can still be heard by the dog. Anyone with a 4-legged friend can attest to the fact that this is a much welcomed innovation.
The website claims the Soniks ‘family’ hails from the planet NoNoyz, “the quietest planet in the universe!” This makes me wonder if the planet NoNoyz also has ultrasonic babies or ultrasonic upstairs neighbors available too.
Ths Soniks ‘family’ is made up of 6 different members that are each geared towards the size of your dog and range in price from $4.99 for the smallest to $9.99 for the largest.
