There are those among us who, once liberated from the smelly confines of dorm rooms worldwide and tossed into homes we’ll spend the next 25 years paying off, actually begin caring about the way things look inside. And, after spending yet another fortune on nice, clean elegant furniture, you realize that some things still look really ugly. Like, for instance, your computer keyboard. Look at it.

Well, if you don’t mind dropping $200 on a keyboard, perhaps there’s a solution. Logitech has announced the diNovo Edge. If you ask us, it’s freaking gorgeous. Its high-gloss finish is laser cut from a single, semi-translucent piece of black Plexiglas and set into a brushed-aluminum frame. The keys feature a system called PerfectStroke, which distributes typing force evenly across the surface, making every stroke natural and fluid. But get this: there are backlit touch-sensitive controls, such as a volume slider, which appears only when you touch in certain areas, and then fades back when you don’t. Connects via Bluetooth 2.0 and is powered by Lithium (no-explosions-please) ion batteries, which charge via a very pretty charging base.
