See, Pizza Hut Japan is selling the above creation, and while we don’t have a sweet tooth, we did just get diabetes by looking at it. It’s a milk caramel and marshmallow pizza, and costs 800Yen ($8) for a medium. It only comes in medium, which is probably good for everyone’s waistline. If you make your way to Japan in the near future, don’t wait around too long: it’s only available until June 30th.
