While we’re on the topic of innovation, coming right on the heels of such culinary (not really culinary, but, well, you get the gist) revolutions as the “spork” (aka the foon), we now have the, uh, “b-side” disposable fork, by Alessandro Busano.
Not the brightest name, really, but at least very useful and culturally relevant, in an east meets west, sort of way.
There’s absolutely not an iota more information about this. Perhaps it’s only one of those artsy/prototypey creations that may or may not be picked up by some manufacturer somewhere. Well, here’s hoping.
