I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I hate shaving. But I guess I can at least be thankful I don’t have to deal with the top of my head in addition to my face. But if I did, you better believe I’d use something like this HeadBlade Sport razer. While it looks more like a concept snowmobile than a razer, the wheels and contoured handle are actually designed to make shaving your own head a bit easier.
In addition to the wheels, the HeadBlade also uses ‘triple blade technology’ which I assume works just like you see in other razer commercials. You know, one blade lifts, one blade cuts, one blade is there for moral support etc. The company also sells a classic version of the HeadBlade but it doesn’t have any wheels and as a result looks nowhere near as cool as the Sport version.
You can get the HeadBlade Sport directly from the HeadBlade online store for just $15, while replacement blades are $8.97.

I forwarded this to my boyfriend. The results of his DYI head shaving experiment (with a normal blade) were… bloody 😀
Electric shavers FTW! Really – I’ve got a Norelco razor and it’s perfect for head shaving. I wouldn’t do it if I only could use a blade – they’re not very forgiving, and it sucks to bleed from your scalp.
I know many people don’t like the electrics for whatever reasons, but once you get used to them they’re awesome. Just get a good one and stick with it for a month. For shaving the head, the rotary ones are better-suited than the vibrating ones, but either will do the job.
From a guy that spent a year of his life bald, this thing is amazing. I had the earlier model, which was similar sans wheels and 3 blades. It’s even better when teamed up with Head Lube. So if you are looking to shave your head, I recommend the Headblade, or at least give it a try. I never one had any bloody messes, but I did when I used my Mach 3
Razer? Check your spelling, man.
that looks neat, but really.. it's like too much for me for a razor
