While probably not needed by most people every day, GYST’s new line of bags and backpacks feature a special fold-out ‘changing compartment’ which essentially provides a clean place to stand if you’re trying to change someplace where you don’t want your feet touching the ground. Be it sand, snow, mud or even concrete. When opened the underside of the bag is completely waterproof too, so it’s designed to lay on the ground without getting completely soaked or dirty. And there’s even a separate storage compartment designed to hold wet or soiled gear without getting the other compartments mucked up.
At the moment there are 4 styles to choose from including a messenger bag ($93) a duffel bag ($104) and 2 different backpacks ($104 or $166) but since their online store isn’t up yet you’ll have to contact the company via email if you’re interested in buying one.

So you put your $100 bag someplace you wouldn't want your feet, stand in it, grind it in real good, when put it on your back?
Yes those bags are premium bags, they are designed to :
– be opened on soiled surfaces
– provide a clean space for you to get changed
– Be clean when folded back in “carry position”
