Buying a radio to put somewhere in your house just isn’t something that seems like a great idea these days. With all of the different technologies that can bring music into your house, and radio pulling down FM waves just doesn’t have the appeal it used to. Thankfully not all radios were created equally. Grace Digital has just announced one of the most versatile tabletop radios that I’ve seen.

One of the biggest features about this device is its ability to stream music directly from your Pandora stations. It’s not the first device to do so, but it packs in more features than you’ll find elsewhere. You’ll be able to use the Thumbs up/down, bookmarking, play and pause features from the front panel, or the remote. If you’re feeling extra fancy and have an iPhone or iPod Touch, you can even use it as a remote, so that you’re not limited by the IR remote.

If Pandora doesn’t quite have what you want, you’ve also got access to over 50,000 radio stations, podcasts, and on-demand content including NPR on-demand, FOX News, CNN, BBC and Sirius Premium Internet radio. Still can’t find what you want to hear? Then just sync it up with your iTunes library via WiFi. $170 might be a bit salty for a radio, but you have to admit that it does pack in some great features.
