Suissa Shadow

By Evan Ackerman

Wood. It’s so… Natural. And that makes it utterly useless in our Internet economy; after all, it’s not like you can use wood products to store and share information or anything. So let’s just go ahead and chop wood into pieces and stick hard drives and USB hubs into it and turn it into something practical. The Suissa Shadow packs 750 gigs of storage, 4 USB ports, and audio and mic jacks into a maple wood body. It’s supposed to be available this holiday season in standard and luxury models; the guts are the same but the luxury model features a unique handmade glass face. $730 and $875 respectively.
