If you’re of the same mind with the former, then you’ll find the PetMatch app useful. It promises to help you find a pet that looks just like the one you had in mind. You could even use it to find a pet that looks like your old pet before he died and went to heaven.
All you have to do is fire the app up and upload a picture of your desired pet or of your pet that just passed on, and the app will do the rest. SuperFish, the parent company behind PetMatch, explains: “Our sophisticated algorithms (and our registered patents) allow us to analyze every picture and provide similar and near identical images in real time — no text tags, no human involvement.” Once a match is found, the app will send you info on where you can fetch your new companion.
