Many cultures in the world adore the sweet, tasty and juicy mango. I, for one, think the mango has lagged in popularity in the west… although some of the best tasting mangoes are grown in Mexico.

This boils down to our disdain for cleaning up after ourselves, I think. Some cultures get creative and actually squeeze the fruit until it’s mushy, pop of the top and drink a mango drink. Yet, any way you look at it, eating a mango is messy. It doesn’t have to be though.
