Word on the street is that Apple will finally be unveiling the iPhone 5 this September 12th. But given Apple’s unpredictability, we’ll just all have to wait and see if they really will be making the big reveal next Wednesday.
Rumors about the iPhone 5’s features and specifications have been growing increasingly intense these past couple of weeks. But how would you like to be one of the very first in the world to own an iPhone 5? And for only five bucks?
Yes, you read that right. Now you can buy your own iPhone 5 for the price of a couple of burgers. But there’s a catch: it’s fake. And by ‘fake’, we actually mean to say that it’s only a mock-up that’s probably based on all the rumored specifications we mentioned earlier.
Obviously you won’t be able to make calls or send texts using these mock-ups, but at least you can tell people that you own an iPhone 5 without having to lie about it. They’re available in almost every street corner in China and are for sale on Taobao, which is the Chinese version of Amazon.
