Well it’s about time! Finally the gen-Xers of the world are able to combine their passion for snowboarding with their love of copying and transporting various files that are too big to email. From storage manufacturer ACP-EP Memory comes a collection of USB flash drives designed after popular Burton snowboards.

The SnowDrive has a rubberized texture and comes finished in one of three sets of authentic Burton graphics including their Custom Model, their Vapor Model and their Gtwin model. The drives range in size from 512Mb to 2GB and support USB 2.0 transfers on both Windows and Mac systems without the need for additional drivers. The boards also include an LED light indicating when the drive is in use so you don’t absentmindedly yank it out in the middle of a file copy.

ACP-EP also sells the SnowDrive in designs from other snowboard manufacturers such as Forum and the 2GB models sell for about $50, the 1GB for about $25 and the 512Mb for about $17.

  1. I saw these being sold very very cheap on buy.com before x-mas and I was going to get one but they were sold out. I really don’t need it but it looked interesting.
