Functional Chocolate LEGO

So you’ve been taught not to play with your food. But what if those morsels you can chew are actually toys at the same time? Cue Akihiro Mizuuchi and his chocolate LEGO bricks. They look just like LEGO and work like LEGO, too. This means you can connect and stack them one upon the other to come up the final figure you had in mind.

Making them isn’t exactly rocket science, but it’s not that easy, either. Chocolate is basically poured into precise molds, where they are cooled before being popped out and used as bricks. The fun part is making them using various types of chocolate, include dark, white, and even strawberry-flavored.
