Here’s another kitchen-related concept designed specifically for people living in smaller apartments or condos. Instead of having a cooktop with burners that takes up valuable counter space this mobile cooking unit can instead be attached to a table or island and unfolded only when it’s needed.
And when it’s unfolded it’s still fairly compact being only about 32 inches wide and 16 inches deep but it still provides a four zone electric induction cooktop and even has a glass backsplash to prevent grease or other food items from splattering onto your table.
But like the title of this post says the Liberty Island is only a concept at this time so if you’ve already started dragging the oven out of your kitchen you’re probably going to want to put it back.
