Installation is as easy as cutting out a section of drywall, inserting the secret compartment which is only a few inches deep and securing it in place with 4 screws. The front of the vent opens with a fastener that is hidden in the louvers and also features a black divider so your valuables aren’t visible when it’s closed.
Of course if said cat burglar happens to pick your home, and this vent doesn’t perfectly match the ones already installed, there’s a good chance they’re going to find it.
