Even though it’s incredibly dated, and I can get a more realistic racing experience on my phone, I still have a soft spot for the Daytona USA arcade machine. So it’s with great envy that I bring you this miniature version created by Retrovicio Forums member ‘pocket_lucho‘. RC car enthusiasts might notice the wheel has been taken from a pistol grip RC remote, very clever, and the working gas and brake pedals are made from gate hinges and leaf switches, DIY’ing at its finest! If you want to see it in action here’s a making of/gameplay video complete with that awful, awful Daytona USA music I can’t help but love.
