
Would you pay $30 or even $150 for a coin that only has a legal tender value of $2? The obvious answer is ‘no.’ Obviously no one in their right minds would have over so much cash for a coin that has so little value. But you’d be surprised to hear that many people do so on a regular basis, because they’re not just buying regular old $2 coins.
