Rainmaker Turns Old Soda Bottles Into Watering Cans–Er, Bottles

Rainmaker

House plants need constant watering and it’s always better to spread the water out evenly rather than just pouring it on. If you don’t have a watering can and just fill old water bottles up to water your plants, then the Rainmaker is something you need to get. It’s an attachment for plastic bottles that basically transforms it into a watering can of sorts so you can make it rain for your plants with a quick squeeze of the bottle.

The Rainmaker is compatible with most water or soda bottles, although it works best with 1 to 2-liter cola bottles. They’re available online for $11.99.

Lather Up in Imaginary Riches With BitCoin-Inspired BitSoaps

Bitsoaps

You can’t hold Bitcoins in your hands but you can lather up a storm with BitSoaps. The two are in no way affiliated with each other; one is an a cryptocurrency you can actually spend, while the other one is a giant coin-shaped soap that comes in three variants.

BitSoaps are made by an enterprising young couple who were ”fascinated by [the] concept and versatile utility” of the Bitcoin currency. So they decided to jump on its popularity and come up with soaps inspired by it. On their website, they explain: “Our love for nature and passion for exciting endeavors has drawn us to creating this project. A project that merged environmental mindfulness and digital currency. Marrying these polarized ideas has, therefore, given birth to BitSoaps.”

There are three kinds of BitSoaps to choose from: Bitcoin Hemp Oil Soap Bar, Bitcoin Valentines Lavender Hemp/Castile Soap Bar, and Litecoin Castile Soap Bar. Each coin–er, bar–is priced at $4.42.

The scent is described as being “one-of-a-kind cinnamon and cream cheese frosting that make Cinnabon cinnamon rolls so unforgettable.”

Eau de cinnamon ana cream cheese frosting with a spritz or two of this? Yes, please.

Touché, En Garde: Fly Sword Swatter

Fly Sword

Mosquitoes are carriers of various diseases and resulting bites from females are annoyingly itchy. You could go for one of those electric fly swatters that look like smaller versions of badminton racket, where a push of a button is enough to zap the pesky insects to death. But if you’ve ever gotten an electric shock from using one of these things (I have, and boy, does it sting), then you might want to go back to old-school fly swatters– and they don’t come any cooler than the Fly Sword Swatter.

As the name implies, the swatter has a handle that looks like that of a sword. The actual swatter part, in turn, looks like a shield. Touché!

The Fly Sword Swatter is available online for $13.

Spark SPI is a Sleeping Bag You Can Hold in the Palm of Your Hand

Spark Spl Sleeping Bag

Camping and spending time in the great outdoors is fun. The packing part–not so much. There’s only so much that you can carry in a backpack and it’s unfortunate how much space a sleeping bag can take. That’s a first-world problem addressed by Sea to Summit with their Spark SPI sleeping bag.

It’s comfortable, as it’s packed with 850+ loft goose down in an ultralight 10D shell. What sets it apart is its portability: even with its cushy comforts, the entire sleeping bag can be folded, rolled, and compressed into a ball of sorts that fits right in the palm of your hand.

Thee Spark SPI is available online for $390.

Never Lose Your Ring With RingSafe

Ring Safe

Most rings tell a story. Your graduation. Your friendship with someone special. A lifelong commitment to the person you’re going to be spending the rest of your life with. So losing a ring isn’t just losing a piece of jewelry; to some, it’s like losing something concrete from those relationships.

Cue the RingSafe, which is basically a specially-designed carabiner that secures your ring in its clasp, in the event that you have to take it off for work or for whatever reason. The aperture can then be looped around a necklace or placed on a keyring so you won’t lose or misplace it while it’s off your finger.

RingSafe is currently up for funding on Kickstarter, where a minimum pledge of $25 will get you one of your very own. If you want to personalize it, just add $20 more dollars to your pledge.
