Windcatcher Air Pakk: Carry Stuff and Sleep On It

Windcatcher Air Pakk

So you’re tired and feel like taking a nap in the middle of nowhere. You’ll have no problem getting comfortable with the Windcatcher Air Pakk, as it’s a backpack that doubles as a pillow when you need one the most. It also transforms into a seat pad so you can sit in comfort, even when you’re seated on the floor or on rough surfaces that might not be very tush-friendly.

As if that’s not enough, the Air Pakk also turns into a sleeping pad when you really need to catch some Zzz’s and there’s no bed in sight. The coolest part is that the bag self-inflates, so you don’t have to lug around a pump, or worse, have to inflate it manually.

Nic Cage, In Your Face, (No) Thanks to nCage Browser Extension

elJtW9W

Nicolas Cage is a great actor, although he hasn’t been in many good movies lately. Regardless whether you agree or disagree with that, I’m fairly certain you wouldn’t want to see his mug plastered all over your computer screen. Unless you’re his ultimate mega fan, that is. A browser extension that does exactly just that is called nCage. It’s perfect for pranksters and for the aforementioned mega fans, because it basically turns every image on your browser window into a photo featuring none other than Nicolas Cage.

They’ve mixed it up, too, so you’ll be treated to a slew of Nic Cages with various expressions, hair styles, and eye sizes (yes, there’s one where he does the crazy eyes.) Check out nCage here.

Sad Tweets: Revel in the Loneliness of Your Lonely Tweets

Sad Tweets

Social media is all about interaction and connecting with people virtually over the internet. Unfortunately, not all posts are created equal, and some of the things you’ve posted probably got ignored or overlooked every once in a while by your network.

It so happens that an app that looks up your old, sad tweets from the dredges of Twitter’s archives exists: Sad Tweets. An apt name, isn’t it? It was built by creative agency Party NY and it basically parses through your Twitter feed to look for tweets that were never favorited, re-tweeted, or replied to by others.

Who knows? You might learn a thing or two about what to post (and what not to post.)

A Different Kinda Dinosaur: Tricera Hi-Tops

Tricera Hi-Tops

You don’t have to be a kid to appreciate the awesomeness of the Tricera Hi-Tops. Aside from the uber-clever name, it’s a fun take on the typical hi-tops that you see in stores these days. The shoe features the head of a triceratops in all it’s three-horned splendor. Remember Cera from the Land Before Time? Yeah, she was a triceratops.

The shoes feature a Velcro closure, so they’re perfect for lazy folks who just want to slip their feet into their sneakers and go about their day without having to ever tie their laces.

Build ‘Em Then Eat ‘Em: Functional Chocolate LEGO Blocks

Functional Chocolate LEGO

So you’ve been taught not to play with your food. But what if those morsels you can chew are actually toys at the same time? Cue Akihiro Mizuuchi and his chocolate LEGO bricks. They look just like LEGO and work like LEGO, too. This means you can connect and stack them one upon the other to come up the final figure you had in mind.

Making them isn’t exactly rocket science, but it’s not that easy, either. Chocolate is basically poured into precise molds, where they are cooled before being popped out and used as bricks. The fun part is making them using various types of chocolate, include dark, white, and even strawberry-flavored.

Retro Game Console Transformers

Everyone has seen Optimus Prime transform into a truck and back again, but have you ever seen him transform into a Playstation 1 and vice versa? Thanks to toymaker Takara Tomy, you will. Don’t Flush It, Wear It: Pile Of Poop Emoji Mask

Pile of Poop Emoji Mask

Think those horse and squirrel masks look crappy? Then say it with the crappiest mask on the world over your head. The latter is fashioned after one of the emojis that poop joke-loving folks enjoy using the post: the pile of poop. Some versions of it feature the distinct swirl of chocolate brown poop with a playful expression plastered all across it.

Just make sure you don’t go around smelling like the mask over your face, because there won’t be anyone left around you to enjoy the mark’s silliness. The Pile of Poop mask is available online for $26.45.

Prehistoric Cycling: Homemade Raptor Three-Wheeler

Raptor Bicycle

Dinosaurs may be extinct, but they will live on forever in the imaginations of folks like you, me, and Norwegian artist Markus Moestue. His latest creation is this raptor three-wheel bike that makes it look like the cyclist is riding on the raptor. It’s bulkier than the average bike, that’s for sure, but its awesomeness more than makes up for it.

To support the extra weight, Markus added another wheel on the front, because dinosaur’s are anything but light, you know. Even fake ones. Check out more shots of the raptor bike after the break.

Awesome: We Are Handmade Little Groot Figurines

Groot Handmade Figurines

There’s no doubt about it: Groot made quite the impression as one of the leads in Guardians of the Galaxy, and he isn’t even human! He doesn’t say much, so he lets his actions do the talking instead–and if you saw the hit movie, then you’ll get what I mean. It was only a matter of time before little dancing Groots made their way to store shelves, both real and digital, and these particular figurines by by Kelsey Wailes are nothing short of awesome.

Her first batch features little Groot in 13 different poses, each one showcasing a particular dance pose and facial expression.
