Ok, so you’ve got your run-of-the-mill guitar cases, and then you’ve got the “Calder Original” Guitar Case. It’s made from self-reinforced polypropylene, which is 50% stronger than ABS and 30% lighter.
And it’s a looker.
Though it’s still a prototype, designer Nick Comer-Calder hopes to start on production this fall. He’s kept a blog of the production process. You can access that here.
