There have been some rumors floating around that Apple is working on a new iPhone SE for next year. A new report published by China’s Economic Daily News has come out claiming that the iPhone SE 2 will launch in the first half of 2018.
The timeframe lines up with the release of the iPhone SE last year, and predictions that the new model could release in Q1. The rumored specs include an A10 Fusion processor, 2GB or RAM and a 128 GB model, as well as a bump in the camera specs to a 12-Megapixel rear shooter and a 5-Megapixel front shooter.
No word yet on pricing, but I’d expect it to raise as the latest flagship, the iPhone X, got a significant price increase.
