We’re inching ever closer to the Windows 8 launch date and products with the OS pre-loaded are starting to appear. One of the first ones is the Toshiba Satellite L870D-ST3NX1, a 17.3 inch laptop with “AMD A8 quad-core processor, 8GB RAM, 17.3″ 1600×900 display, HD Webcam, HDMI and 3 USB ports (includes 1 sleep and charge and 2 USB 3.0), Bluetooth and more.” That’s a fairly capable set of features, and considering you’ll be paying $579 after a $70 rebate, we’d say it’s a very fair price. It is a pre-order however and will ship on the Windows 8 launch date, which is October 26.
