Alienware still makes some pretty serious gaming rigs. Check out the above M18x. It’s an 18.4 inch beast with dual 2GB GDDR5 Radeon HD 6990M AMD CrossFireX Graphics cards. Yeah, two cards, along with a Core i7-2670QM 2.2GHz Quad-core processor, 4GB DDR3 1600MHz memory, 750GB 7200RPM Hard Drive, DVD Burner, 802.11n WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0, and a bunch of other things. But let’s be honest, the highlight here is the dual cards, and we weren’t surprised to see the $2,618 sticker. But that was before the $719 in rebates, so that now it’s only $1,899. Granted this is a lot of money, and it is a previous generation M18x, but it’s still quite the machine for a not quite as astronomical a price.
