BunBun Eco Light Lets You Twirl Instead Of Cranking To Charge Your Flashlight

BunBun Eco Light Lets You Twirl Instead Of Cranking To Charge Your Flashlight

I’ve no problem with the eco-friendly idea behind those flashlights you either crank or shake to charge, but in practice I find them impossibly annoying. I mean who wants to be stranded in the woods with their arms so tired from charging their flashlight that they can’t even punch a bear? The BunBun Eco Light however, now that’s a different story.

To charge the flashlight you extend and twirl the handle, so not only does the action let you build up a little momentum to make things a bit easier, but it also lets you re-enact your childhood fantasies of being everyone’s favorite ninja turtle, Michelangelo. (Possibly even fighting off a bear in the process.) 30 seconds of costume-less ninja turtle cosplay should give you about 5 minutes of light from the BunBun’s 3 LEDs, and it’s expected to be available sometime in April in pink, green, purple or black for about $22.

Can anyone picture slipping and being thrown at someone? I see this as dangerous. Or as you said, in the woods arm tired and trying to swing and oops out into the woods it goes.

It might be a bit dangerous but even solo it looks like fun. Can you get it overseas? Is this a Japanese product? It seems to be judging from this:
