How Did Stanley Manage To Squeeze An LED Flashlight Onto Something As Small As A Watch?

By Andrew Liszewski

Oh, that’s how. By turning the watch into some monstrous contraption that no one would actually want to wear. Seriously though, they claim this thing offers hands-free convenience, but what good are free hands when one of your arms is tied up having to point this thing in all directions? It’s also got an alarm, a backlight and a timer FYI, and while it looks like it might be, I’m not actually sure if the flashlight portion is removable or not. $58 from Watch.Brando.com.

    Holy huge watch contraption Batman!
My wife got me the iBeam watch and it's awesome. It actually looks like a watch and has a decent light for close distances plus a magnifying glass and removable compass built in....not to it's mention water proof and comfortable to wear.

  • This is odd. When its on the wrist we have to turn our head to look at the watch?? Couldn't the make a torch with a watch on it??? Just odd.

I hope it's removable. I mean it would be helpful and more worth it. I really like it. OhGizmo, are you trying to help me with next year's Christmas shopping?
