		<description>I live in China. There are a few places where they have a system like this. I one place, it&#039;s just a digital number counting down besides the traffic light.  In another, it was a colored series of lines ticking down pixel by pixel.  The latter design was flawed because it failed to take into account red-green color blindness.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;However, I like the concept.  It&#039;s stylish and easy enough to understand.</description>
