I'm a little strapped for space on my desk for this monstrous thing. It's great to tidy up cords but I think mice of the future will be wireless, and the mousepad will be wired and power the mouse through induction. I don't know if that is possible, but it would be an interesting mouse.

I don't have an issue with the cord, but I can see how this can be useful. Eventually everything will be wireless and eat the hell out of batteries and no one will care how “un”green it is. Oh well. *rocks out on her corded Guitar Hero guitar*

I actually have conduit running to my mouse. Now if I could figure out a way to make it move I'd be all set.
