Can the Duracell Instant USB Charger be charged by inserting the usb cable into a usb ac plug like the one supplied with an iphone?

I want to thank you for the review. I bought one of these tonight(at Radio Shack). I had been serching online about this device and your review is by far the best review. My main concern was I had taken it out of the packageing and it's been chargeing about 3 hours and still no green light. So I was quite worried that I had just bought junk but now I know it takes a few hours the first time. Thank you!

This review was great! I just bought one of these tonight(at Radio Shack). I was serching online for how long it took to turn green(fully charged). I had been waiting about 3 hours and was getting worried that i had bought junk. Now I know it takes a few hours out of the packageing. The word “instant” is deceptive. It would have to use an ultracapacitor instead of a Lithium battery to claim that.
