There are plenty of plastic distributors all over the country. All you need is a heat gun (rent one from a tool rental) to bend the stuff, a jigsaw (use tape on the saw as well as the plastic) and maybe some polycarbonate cement. Even if you messed the first try up you'd still be ahead of the game by a long $$$$hot.<br><br>See what I did there? Anyone can make a polycarbonate shield like this for a 50″ TV for less than $50.
