Or like giving Germany back to Hitler cause he said he was really sorry.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The only way Time Warner is going to understand the &#039;error of their ways&#039; is to be put out of the ISP business. Those fortunate to be in competative markets should drop TW asap.</description>
