My understanding is that it doesn't completely cut the power that goes to the plasma. You're still able to turn your set on, but the specifics of how they do this, they wouldn't elaborate on.

So what, when you press POWER on the the plasma remote, the plasma won't turn on again because the power to is has been cut by the iGo? I don't get it? How is that helpful?
