		<description>Mike, The NXE has actually already been available to some users, thus they were able to stream these very movies up until the actual launch. So yes, Sony could have pulled them before, and they also could have notified Netflix that they did not want their movies to be available on the 360. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Hope that clears things up!</description>

<p>I&#39;m not sure I follow your reasoning here.  They&#39;ve only pulled the movies from the xBox, but you&#39;re wondering why they didn&#39;t pull them (from the xBox) back when the xBox couldn&#39;t play ANY Netflix content?  Maybe they did</p>
