		<description>Not a bad idea! I&#039;ve though for a long time now that they should integrate communication between cars and signals. I&#039;ve often though they should use a system to analyze traffic patterns in real time and adjust speed limits and signal times maximize flow. Maybe they could even link in with people who have navigation systems and offer an opt-in diversion to better improve flow. There is a great deal we could do to improve traffic besides building better roads. It just costs money but I bet with big enough savings a small tax could be implemented to pay for it.</description>
