maybe you should point out that cell phone jammers are illegal in the u.s.
blocking a potential emergency call is a no-no. buy one, use it… but don’t get caught with it.

i am not sure weather it is legal in all countrys.
but if you are sure of what yu are doing – you can get one for about 1000 rubels ( divided by 30 ~>33$) in russia (disguised as portable radio).
and i am sure this thing can be build at home – it cant be to complex..
