I imagine those models are built for speed and 'fast food.' I think the company just wants to get their name associated with an already successful brand, as they try and enter the consumer market. Quiznos among others are the ones that actually toasts the whole sub. Thats why TurboChef is able to claim that it 'cooks' faster than your usual oven.
