It's probably some sort of double walled container with an ammonium chloride pouch in it, use some sort of dohicky to mix this with a quantity of water and you'll drop the temperature. Or you could have a compressed gas expanding and drawing out heat from the liquid. Either way it's going to be fun to try and recycle these. yeah, sounds great, but are they going to be recycleable?
