    but, what if my banana doesn't have that exact curve? Having to mash it into the holster isn't exactly a good solution...

    These have been available for _literally_ years.
    Personally, I'd invest the $6 in genetically engineering bananas to have stronger skins rather than shield my lunch in rainbow-vomit shaped sex objects.
