You need to learn the definitions of &#039;latency&#039; and &#039;throughput&#039;, and their relation to each other.  Then you will understand why this statement makes no sense.</description>

		<description>This Gizmo is not only for video card usage. You can use and install any type of PciExpress Cards in it, then $729 is not bad at all. 
As long as the 3rd Party PCI Express board works using this ExpressBox I will buy it.  Otherwise, I don&#039;t want to deal with it.

Hopefully they can lower the cost and sell more.

		<description>Is this really necessary? Seems to me you&#039;d need an external monitor to use it. Why would you want to carry around all 3 things? For LAN parties? Might as well just make a light desktop system at that point.</description>
