Gelosa – Gel Filled Lamp

There are two things I know certain about this Gelosa lamp designed by Luce Pura. The first is that it’s made from green (or clear) PVC and is filled with a non-toxic and I assume non-conducting gel that creates an eery glowing effect when switched on.
The second thing I know for certain is that this is easily the creepiest product shot we’ve ever posted on OhGizmo. I don’t know if the person in that shot is actually the designer but in my opinion the casting director for this shoot could have probably looked through a few more headshots before making their decision.
Oh, there is actually one more thing I know for certain about the Gelosa. It’s available from Generate for a designer price of $289.
