If you like the idea of ‘podcasts’ but aren’t exactly impressed by the production values of most of them out there then why not return to that old friend we all remember called radio. Yeah that’s right, apparently they’re still broadcasting that stuff.
The InstantFM recorder is a simple looking USB dongle that when attached to your computer can be used to tune in and record your favorite FM station. In addition the InstantFM can also seperate songs from the radio into individual tracks and rename the files appropriately using the Snaptune service. If you like the zany antics of your local DJs but would like to listen to them on your own time the InstantFM seems like a good solution.
The InstantFM recorder is available for about $49.
