Toshiba TDP-FF1AU Palm-Sized Mobile Projector

I apologize for that poorly comped image of the projector in that person’s hand. That was Toshiba’s doing, not mine. But I included that shot because it gives you a good idea of just how small projectors are becoming.
Toshiba’s latest, the TDP-FF1AU weighs in at 1.7 lbs but that’s with its rechargeable battery attached which can run the unit for about 2 hours, with a 3.5 hour charge time. The projector also offers SVGA resolution (800×600), 400 lux of brightness, a 1500:1 contrast ratio and apparently requires no warm-up or cool-down time. Connections include RGB, composite, USB and a stereo mini-jack.
The Toshiba TDP-FF1AU Palm-Sized Projector is clearly aimed at the mobile professional and retails for $699.
