The Treadmill Bike, Redundant Workout Machine

Um, we’re not entirely sure why you couldn’t just simply run… but if you’re in the mood of getting a workout while attracting your whole neighborhood’s stares, then we think the Treadmill Bike is definitely the way to go. It’s quite a simple invention, really: a treadmill fused with a bike.
You get on the device, and start jogging. A gear mechanism then makes the wheel spin, and you’re on your way. Yeah, it does look pretty much as dumb as it sounds, and to prove it, we’ve included a video after the jump.
The price of this cardiovascular goodness is $2,500… Canadian.
